SNDR® sunglasses are engineered to perform under the most demanding conditions in endurance sport. We believe in the quality of our materials, our construction, and our technology. If a manufacturing defect compromises your pair under normal use, we'll make it right. For life.
WHAT'S COVERED
The SNDR® Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This includes lens coatings that peel, delaminate, or blister under normal use. Frame materials that crack, warp, or structurally fail without impact. Hinge mechanisms that loosen or break under normal operation. Nose pad or temple grip materials that degrade, detach, or lose function prematurely. Any failure in fit or function that is attributable to how the product was made, not how it was used.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or conditions outside of normal athletic use. Specifically, the following are excluded:
Scratched lenses. Lens scratches are the result of contact with abrasive surfaces or improper cleaning and are not a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, sunscreen, insect repellent, gasoline, or other harsh substances. These materials can degrade lens coatings and frame materials and are outside the scope of normal use.
Damage caused by prolonged or repeated exposure to salt water. While SNDR® sunglasses are designed for sweat and freshwater contact, salt water is a corrosive environment that can accelerate material degradation over time. Rinse your sunglasses with fresh water after any salt water exposure.
Normal wear and tear. This includes cosmetic blemishes, fading, minor surface marks, or gradual degradation consistent with extended use over time.
Damage from impact, crashes, drops, or being sat on. If your sunglasses were destroyed in an athletic incident, check out our SendCare Replacement Promise instead.
Damage caused by improper storage, including prolonged exposure to extreme heat such as being left on a car dashboard, in a closed vehicle, or in direct sustained sunlight when not being worn.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
Loss or theft.
Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or secondhand sellers. The SNDR® Lifetime Warranty applies only to original purchases made through sndroptics.com or an authorized SNDR® retail partner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must have been maintained with reasonable care consistent with its intended use as performance athletic eyewear. This means cleaning lenses with water or the included microfiber cloth, not paper towels, clothing, or abrasive materials. Storing sunglasses in the provided hard case or microfiber pouch when not in use. Rinsing with fresh water after exposure to sweat, sunscreen, or salt water. Avoiding prolonged contact with chemicals, aerosols, or solvents.
If the defect you're experiencing would not have occurred but for exposure to one of the excluded conditions listed above, the claim will not be approved.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact our team at support@sndroptics.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim." Include your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue, how long you've owned the product, and how it's been used and stored.
Our team will review your submission and respond within a few business days. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Replacement products may be the same model and colorway or a comparable alternative if the original is no longer available.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. SNDR® reserves the right to inspect any product submitted under warranty and to make the final determination on whether a defect qualifies for coverage. Replacement products issued under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
