Where It Started
SNDR was founded by Sebastian Radilla Mondragon, a 3x Ironman winner, and Cole Hamer, an ex-college athlete. We didn't come from the eyewear industry. We came from the same frustration every serious athlete eventually hits.
Frames that slide and bounce until you're adjusting them every few minutes instead of focusing. Restrictive designs that block your sight line when your head is down. Pressure behind your ears that starts as nothing and becomes all you can think about hours later.
Some brands solved pieces of this. None solved all of it.
So we did.
What We Built
We studied why eyewear fails mechanically. We wanted to know where frames shift, where pressure builds, and how airflow interacts with lens geometry at speed. Then we engineered around every failure point until the product disappeared.
The SNDR Fit™ is four systems working as one. Synaptic™ Grip uses sweat and body heat to increase hold instead of losing it. The Aero™ Slant keeps the frame out of your sight line when your head is down. AdaptX™ Temples distribute pressure evenly so there are no hot spots hours into a ride. SendSight® lenses deliver clarity and protection across every condition.
