SendCare™ Replacement Promise
THE SENDCARE™ REPLACEMENT PROMISE
For Athletes Who Send It
You crashed. You sent it. You have the proof. We have your back.
BUILT FOR ATHLETES WHO PUSH THE LINE
We engineered SNDR to disappear on your face so you can focus on one thing: going harder. But going harder means sometimes things go sideways. A high-side on loose gravel. A wipeout in T2. A nasty OTB on a descent you probably should have walked.
If your SNDRs get destroyed in the process and you have the footage or the battle scars to prove it, we'll replace them. Free.
That's the SendCare Replacement Promise.
HOW IT WORKS
01 / You Crash. Your SNDRs Don't Survive. Whether it's a race-day wreck, a training ride gone wrong, or a trail run that got a little too ambitious, if your SNDR sunglasses are broken or destroyed as a result, you may qualify.
02 / You Have the Proof. Send us the video of the crash or a photo of your injury along with a picture of the damaged sunglasses. This is the "Send It" community. If you're going to go down, at least make it count.
03 / Our Team Reviews Your Submission. Every SendCare claim is reviewed and approved by our customer service team. We'll confirm the details, verify the damage, and make sure the submission meets the program requirements.
04 / We Ship You a Free Replacement Pair. Once approved, we send you a brand new pair of SNDRs. No charge. No coupon codes. No "50% off your next order" runaround. A full replacement, on us.
THE FINE PRINT
Video or photo proof is required. You need either a video capturing the crash or incident, or a clear photo showing your injury alongside the damaged sunglasses.
Approval is at the discretion of our customer service team. All claims are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to approve or decline any submission.
The damage must result from an athletic incident. Crashes, falls, collisions, wipeouts. This program is for athletes pushing limits, not for sunglasses that fell off a table.
One replacement per customer. SendCare covers one free replacement pair per original purchase.
Original purchase verification required. We'll need your order number or proof of purchase to process the claim.
About Your Submitted Content
By submitting a video or photo as part of a SendCare claim, you grant SNDR Optics an unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content across any and all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, advertising, email, and our website. You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the content and have the authority to grant this license. Submitted content will not be returned.
QUESTIONS
What counts as acceptable proof? A video recording of the crash or incident itself, or a clear photograph showing your injury and the damaged SNDR sunglasses. The more context, the better. GoPro footage, bike computer camera clips, or even a buddy's phone video all work.
Will you use my crash footage on social media? Potentially, yes. By submitting your content, you're granting SNDR full rights to use it. That said, we're building a community around athletes who send it. Your wipeout might just become the most legendary thing on our feed.
How long does the review process take? Our team reviews most submissions within a few business days. Once approved, your replacement pair ships with standard delivery timelines.
Do I need to send back my broken pair? No. Your photos or video of the damage are sufficient. Keep the broken pair as a trophy if you want.
Can I choose a different model or color for my replacement? Replacements are issued as the same model and colorway as the original purchase, subject to availability. If your exact pair is out of stock, we'll work with you on an equivalent option.
Does SendCare cover normal wear and tear or scratches? No. SendCare is specifically for sunglasses destroyed during an athletic crash, fall, or incident. Normal wear, scratches, and accidental drops are not covered under this program.
