Shipping policy

SNDR® SHIPPING POLICY


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

All orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after processing cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by SNDR®.

A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS.

SNDR® is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact USPS directly to open an investigation. SNDR® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, SNDR® is not obligated to replace the order at no cost.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA AND MEXICO)

Orders to Canada and Mexico ship via DHL Express on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

International orders are processed the following business day. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on destination and customs processing. These timeframes are estimates provided by DHL and are not guaranteed by SNDR®.

SNDR® is not responsible for delays caused by DHL, customs authorities, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact DHL directly to open an investigation. SNDR® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us or held by customs as a result, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping including any additional duties or fees incurred. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, SNDR® is not obligated to replace the order at no cost.

At this time, SNDR® does not ship to countries outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because orders are processed the following business day, there is a limited window to modify or cancel your order. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@sndroptics.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

USPS Priority Mail does deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. DHL Express does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. International orders to Canada and Mexico require a physical street address.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@sndroptics.com with your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. SNDR® reserves the right to require a carrier investigation before issuing any replacement or refund. Resolution timelines are dependent on the carrier's investigation process and are outside of SNDR®'s control.
