SNDR® RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT

We engineer SNDR® sunglasses to perform from the moment you put them on. If your pair isn't the right fit, we'll make it right.


30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. All requests must be initiated by contacting support@sndroptics.com with your order number.

International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, including Canada and Mexico, are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the non-recoverable costs associated with international shipping, customs duties, tariffs, and taxes paid under our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.


EXCHANGES

Want a different model or colorway? Here's how we handle exchanges.

You'll return your current pair and receive a full refund with no processing fee. We'll also send you a discount code that covers your return shipping cost and free shipping on your new order. You'll reorder through the site using that code, which means you pay nothing extra to switch to the right pair.

To start an exchange, email support@sndroptics.com with the subject line "Exchange" and your order number.


REFUNDS

We want every customer to be satisfied. If you'd prefer a full refund, here's how it works.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return label for $7.95 that will be deducted from your refund. You're also welcome to ship the return on your own using any trackable carrier.

A $4.95 order processing and inspection fee applies to all refund returns. This covers the cost of receiving, inspecting, and restocking your return through our fulfillment facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return of any kind, the following conditions must be met.

The product must be unworn and unused, with no scratches, scuffs, residue, smudges, or any evidence of wear.

All original packaging must be included and in resellable condition, including the sunglasses, hard case, microfiber pouch, and original box.

Returns received with damaged, defaced, or missing packaging will not be accepted. Because our packaging is an integral part of the product presentation, items received without complete, intact packaging cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Products that have been worn outdoors, used in training, racing, or any athletic activity, exposed to sunscreen, chemicals, or salt water, or that show any evidence of use beyond a brief try-on are not eligible for return.

SNDR® inspects every return. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be declined and shipped back to the customer at their expense.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us at support@sndroptics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No fees, no deductions.


WARRANTY AND CRASH REPLACEMENT

SNDR® sunglasses are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and our SendCare® Replacement Promise for sunglasses destroyed during athletic incidents. For details, visit the Lifetime Warranty and SendCare® pages on our website.


POLICY LIMITATIONS

SNDR® reserves the right to refuse or limit returns from any customer who demonstrates a pattern of excessive return activity. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through sndroptics.com.
